At Barefoot Health, we believe that we can live a larger life through health and fitness.

We believe that movement and nourishment is medicine, and with an alignment of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle, we can achieve higher order health.

We believe that a personalised approach is the optimal way to create lasting change for muscle gain, fat loss, and performance. This approach respects your lifestyle, goals and behaviours to create sustainable change. We use comprehensive lab testing for body composition, hormone profiles and microbiome analysis to further individualise your program.

Coaching is delivered in person or online, and we serve clients all around the world.

 

Nutrition Coaching

We specialise in sustainable weight loss and building health through balancing hormones and healing the gut.

We use extensive testing for hormones, microbiome, and blood chemistry to identify the most effective protocol, then work together to ensure to enforce accountability and support.

Corporate Wellbeing Workshops

At Barefoot Health, we believe that a healthy environment is a happy environment. We inspire wellness within workplaces, helping with employee motivation, productivity and find strategies to improve performance and minimise absenteeism. 

Barefoot Health’s Corporate Wellbeing Seminar is designed to educate and motivate employees, while providing health data for each participant through Inbody Composition Analysis.

Personalised Coaching

We believe that movement is medicine, and each client deserves a customised approach includes covers nutrition, fitness and lifestyle coaching. Each client starts with a comprehensive assessment of nutrition, movement, strength, conditioning and lifestyle, and we put together a tailored program to suit your goals. Programming is delivered online or in person, and is available worldwide.
